Every person carries a shadow. These are the parts of us that remain unseen, avoided, or buried beneath fear and shame. Left unattended, the shadow shapes choices, fuels destructive patterns, and limits our ability to live fully. Shadow work is the practice of bringing those hidden parts into light, not to erase them, but to understand, integrate, and transform them into strength.
This program is not a workbook you can pick up at a bookstore. It is a guided journey that combines hypnotherapy, structured exercises, journaling, and integration practices. Through hypnosis, you gain access to subconscious patterns that ordinary reflection cannot reach. You will not only think about your shadow, but you will also encounter it directly.
Why My Shadow Work Is Different
I am a professional hypnotherapist with a degree in psychology, and I also practice Seiðr, the old Norse form of spiritual work. In Seiðr, shadow work is not optional. It is bound up with fate, orlog, and the threads of our lives. When we deny the shadow, we let it govern us in silence. When we face it, we step into the role of active weaver of our own thread.
This program reflects that lineage. It is not surface-level journaling. It is structured, guided, and deeply experiential. The five sessions unfold in a sequence designed to help you meet your shadow, engage with it, and integrate it into wholeness.
The Five-Session Program
Sessions includes hypnosis, structured exercises, and reflection. You will also receive a workbook with prompts, journaling assignments, and integration practices to use between sessions.
